This policy covers this website only. Processing of personal data in the course portal itself is governed by our customer agreements and by Zelo’s privacy policy.
When you contact us
When you submit one of the forms on the website, we process the information you provide:
- Name and email address
- Phone number and message, if you provide them
- Which page the form was sent from, and the language of that page
The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, send you a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Your enquiry is emailed to us via the email service Resend and stored in a spreadsheet in Google Workspace. Both act as our data processors. The data is deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless the enquiry leads to a customer relationship.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used so that we can improve it. The tool does not set any cookies and does not store anything on your device.
The statistics are anonymous and aggregated, and include the pages visited, the referring page, country, device type, browser and operating system. Unique visits are counted using a hash of the IP address and browser information. The hash is reset every day, and the IP address is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Hosting and security
The website is hosted by Vercel. As with any website, your IP address is processed technically in order to deliver the pages, and it may appear in short-lived operational logs used for troubleshooting and to protect against abuse.
Data processors and transfers outside the EEA
We use the following providers as data processors:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) – website hosting and analytics
- Resend Inc. (USA) – sending email from the contact forms
- Google (Google Workspace) – storing enquiries in a spreadsheet
The providers are US companies, so data may be transferred to the United States. Processing takes place in accordance with the providers’ data processing terms and transfer mechanisms under the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- receive data you have provided to us in a machine-readable format

If you believe we are processing personal data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
