Frequently asked questions
What does a “shared solution” mean?
The finance companies and the Norwegian Finance Houses Association (Finfo) have joined forces on a shared portal and shared courses. This means sellers of financing do not have to take separate anti-money laundering courses with each company. This applies only to finance companies that are part of the scheme.
Can we manage user lists ourselves?
Each company gets its own login and can add and remove the users who should receive the courses. At startup we receive a list of users and import it. After that, the company manages its user lists itself.
What do the courses contain?
The courses are tailored to the target audience and cover what is required to sell financing. Open each course page to learn more about the content.
What does the solution cost?
The pricing model consists of a setup fee and an annual licence for the portal and courses per user. The price per user depends on the number of users. Shared users (registered with more than one finance company) are discounted. Contact us for more information about pricing.
How are the courses distributed?
The main distribution takes place in January, followed by two or three reminder rounds at 14-day intervals. Courses can also be sent individually to new employees throughout the year. The courses are emailed directly to each seller.
How are the courses updated?
The course content is updated and maintained once a year (in September), in collaboration with the finance companies and the Norwegian Finance Houses Association (Finfo).
